1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or placing an order with Home Mattress Center, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. 100-Night Sleep Trial Guarantee
We want you to love your mattress. To allow your body proper adjustment, we require a minimum 30-night break-in period. If within 100 nights of delivery you are not satisfied with your comfort, our Sleep Doctors will assist you with a one-time exchange for a model of equal or adjusted value. Mattresses must be clean, unstained, and protected by a waterproof mattress protector during the trial.
3. White-Glove In-Home Delivery & Haul-Away
Our dedicated delivery crew provides scheduled in-home setup throughout Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Our team handles complete placement, base assembly, and eco-friendly removal of your old mattress set upon advance request.
4. Authentic Manufacturer Warranties
Home Mattress Center is an authorized premier retail partner for Sealy, Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, and Beautyrest. All products include full factory warranties (ranging from 10 to 25 years). We directly assist our customers with warranty claims and service inspections.
